Digital CR medicine radiation image is in doctor's favor and has became medicine imaging technology new hot spot because of its high gray contrast  powerful computer disposal function  little radiation dosage  non-film diagnosis  different area consultation. But degradation of digital X-ray medical image such as low contrast and blurring during radiographic imaging  caused by complexity of body tissue and effects of X-ray scattering and electrical noise etc.  can worsen the results of analysis and diagnosis. So it is usually needed that CR medicine image is enhanced to improve its vision quality  and easy to doctor's more accurate diagnosis. The general enhancement algorithms over enhancing the contrast and lose image details  aiming at the defects  an enhancement algorithm for CR image is proposed based on the ratio of deviation to mean of domain. The arithmetic enhance CR image edge details by adjusting factor K based on the ratio of deviation to mean of domain of CR image. Experiment results demonstrate that the algorithm enhances CR image detail and CR image enhanced has good visual effect  the adaptive enhancement method is fit for CR medicine image. In the test course of static transfer function of TDI CCD camera  because of the influence that gets environmental and artificial etc. factor  the value of static transfer function measured at any time is between unceasing fluctuation  so  make accuracy reduce. To solve this problem  a kind of accurate measurement technique of static transfer function is put forward. First  before carrying out the measure of static quiet of transfer function  the best test point of transfer function of the TDI CCD camera must be determined  it is parallel to guarantee the rectangle target surface of parallel optical pipe and camera focal plane maintenance parallel  and again guarantee target strip in rectangle target and TDI CCD in camera focal plane maintenance vertical. TDI CCD catches rectangle target image  per 1000 lines of target mark image as a measures sample of static transfer function  exclude because of atmosphere tremble twisted  vague rectangle target mark image  retain 500 distinct and steady target mark image as measure sample set. Then  calculate the static transfer function of each measure sample respectively  take the average of all static quiet transfer function in measure sample set as the static transfer function of camera. Finally  the measure of the static transfer function for TDI CCD camera makes error analysis. Experimental results indicate that the value of the static transfer function of TDI CCD camera measured with this kind of method is 0.2923  with before measurement technique comparison  the value of static transfer function has raised 0.02  makes the accuracy of the measure of static transfer function have gotten raising.

There are three main nonlinear elements in the large mirror assemblies  which are screw pretension  adhesive stress and state changes in the assembly process. The optical shape will be influenced seriously by these factors. But the impacts will not be shown in linear analysis results  because as the simplification  these factors have been ignored. The nonlinear analysis method for predicting optical surface deformations resulted from assembly process is discussed in detail. Take a typical mirror support structure for example  the nonlinear analysis model was established. Comparing the calculation results with the optical shape test  it is illustrated that nonlinear analysis is more accurate and closer to the test result. And according to the simulation result  the bowl-shaped depression which was discovered in the test can also be explained reasonably. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

Multilinear CCD Sensor was often used on space cameras to obtain multispectral images with each line representing different band channels. However images of different band channels obtained at the same time didn't coincide as there were spaces between lines. Pixel numbers to be adjusted between images of different channels varied when the space camera worked by swaying forward and backward or adjusted row transfer period to compensate image movement. An automatic multispectral images synthesis algorithm of space camera was put forward on the basis of analysis of such phenomenon. In this algorithm a new evaluation function was used to determine pixel numbers to be adjusted and the image regions of each band channel to be clipped. In this way images of different band channels could be synthesized automatically to obtain an accurate colorful image. This algorithm can be used to dispose a large mount of images from space camera directly without any manual disposal so that efficiency could be improved remarkably. In validation experiments the automatic multispectral images synthesis algorithm was applied in synthesis of images obtained from outside scene experiment of a multispectral space camera. Result of validation experiments proved that the automatic multispectral images synthesis algorithm can realize accurate multispectral images synthesis of space camera and the efficiency can be improved markedly. 2010 SPIE.
