Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements
it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%
under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment
and the formula is 4.9%
MODTRAN and other software likewise
which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article
the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%
in the process of deducing and experiment
it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason
the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved
it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article
which supply a new method in approximate calculation of path radiance for objective radiation measurement. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

To compare the difference between Zernike annular polynomial and Zernike circular polynomial
an approximate mathematic relationship between Zernike annular polynomial coefficients and SEIDEL coefficients is proposed. A new method is applied in comparing experiment. For real interferometric data of annular wave front
the SEIDEL aberration calculated in different ways is removed from the original wave front. Residual astigmatism aberration in annular polynomial way is close to zero
but defocus and sphere aberration are 0.002709
-0.00182. The residual SEIDEL using annular polynomial is least. Data used in comparison shows that Zernike annular polynomial is more accurate and meaningful for the decomposition of aberrations and the calculation of Seidel aberrations in annular pupil. The calculation in astigmatism aberration is most accurate and those in defocus and sphere aberration are least accurate
when the first 9 terms are used in approximate solving SEIDEL. More coefficients are needed to obtain the real SEIDEL. 2010 IEEE.

A theoretical method for evaluating the three-dimensional focusing performances of the compound x-rays lenses is presented in the present paper. The relationship between the transverse and axial focusing behaviors is considered and a simple calculation that predicts the transverse and axial focusing behaviors of the compound x-ray lenses is also presented. As an example
the three-dimensional focusing performance of a compound x-ray lens with Al material is predicted. The dependences of the three-dimensional focusing performances on the compound lenses' structural parameters are observed for the Al compound x-ray lens. Moreover
the approximate tolerances in the setting of the receiving planes are also considered for x-rays of 4.95keV
14.99keV and 29.78keV.
