Target detection and tracking technology in infrared image is an important part of modern military defense system. Infrared dim-point targets detection and recognition under complex background is a difficulty and important strategic value and challenging research topic. The main objects that carrier-borne infrared vigilance system detected are sea-skimming aircrafts and missiles. Due to the characteristics of wide field of view of vigilance system  the target is usually under the sea clutter. Detection and recognition of the target will be taken great difficulties.There are some traditional point target detection algorithms  such as adaptive background prediction detecting method. When background has dispersion-decreasing structure  the traditional target detection algorithms would be more useful. But when the background has large gray gradient  such as sea-sky-line  sea waves etc.The bigger false-alarm rate will be taken in these local area.It could not obtain satisfactory results. Because dim-point target itself does not have obvious geometry or texture feature  in our opinion  from the perspective of mathematics  the detection of dim-point targets in image is about singular function analysis.And from the perspective image processing analysis  the judgment of isolated singularity in the image is key problem. The foregoing points for dim-point targets detection  its essence is a separation of target and background of different singularity characteristics.The image from infrared sensor usually accompanied by different kinds of noise. These external noises could be caused by the complicated background or from the sensor itself. The noise might affect target detection and tracking. Therefore  the purpose of the image preprocessing is to reduce the effects from noise  also to raise the SNR of image  and to increase the contrast of target and background. According to the low sea-skimming infrared flying small target characteristics  the median filter is used to eliminate noise  improve signal-to-noise ratio  then the multi-point multi-storey vertical Sobel algorithm will be used to detect the sea-sky-line  so that we can segment sea and sky in the image. Finally using centroid tracking method to capture and trace target. This method has been successfully used to trace target under the sea-sky complex background. 2011 Copyright Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

Small aircraft often used RS485 bus. But with the complexity of the small aircraft's subsystems increase and the progress of field bus technology  CAN bus systems in small aircraft use more and more widely. How to record real-time flight experiment data on the small aircraft's CAN bus and provide test data for reproducing the process of a small aircraft flying is very important. This paper presents a design method of signal acquisition device  it can be used for small aircraft flying field experiment. 2010 IEEE.  as the main chip with DSP2812  SJA1000 as CAN controller  CTM1050 as the CAN transceiver  CF card as storage media. Gives the diagram of its hardware and software design process. Combined with the background of a small aircraft  testing the instrument for data acquisition when the ground experiments and flight progress. Experimental data show that the design of high reliability and CAN signals can effectively complete the record

Scene matching under complex background is a priority and difficulty in the field of computer vision  it has the characteristics of rotation and scaling invariance  commonly used in matching real-time collected images and photos for navigation. Scene matching techniques are faced with complex natural scenes  anti-light and anti-slight-distortion  the image distortion exist  applicable for complex scene matching. The project has a new idea: combining the keylines with the vectors description based on polar image translation  such as light  and utilize the rotation-scale-invariance vectors to describe the extracted keylines  change of gray levels  this method includes three steps: keylines extraction  perspective  description and matching. Preliminary experiments show that this keylines-based scene matching algorithm is applicable for image matching under complex background. 2010 IEEE.  scaling and other differences  which cause matching difficult. Image enhancement and image de-noising have being the important research contents of image academic and engineering field  and the partial differential equations have been widely applied to computer vision. The paper applies the thoughts of partial differential equations  puts forward a new improved method of image enhancement. This method can enhance not only the dark images but also the bright images  making the details hidden in the dark background and the bright background very clear. The application scope is wider  and the visual effect is better. This paper uses the finite difference method to discrete the partial differential equations  and combines with the heat equation. It calculates simple  runs fast  and provides a guarantee for real-time video image enhancement processing. 2010 IEEE.
