For the purposes of correcting the LED display image
a method based on computer simulation is proposed. First
the development of the LED display panel is introduced. Second
analyze the causes of the problem which image in LED display panel has serious high nonuniformity
and introduce the existed correction techniques which are used to reduce the nonuniformity of LED display image. Simultaneously
point out the ground for shortcomings of these techniques. Third
describe the principle of correction method based on computer simulation detail from two steps
which are the luminous collection and luminous copulation. Forth
describe the realization steps of this method in accordance with the third step. Finally
this method is supplied in a LED display panel
whose resolution is 640480. Experimental results show that this method is able to reduce the non-uniformity of images from 11.06% to 0.98%. (2012) Trans Tech Publications

In image processing system
the target recognition is very crucial. An optimized algorithm based on the definition of block is presented. In this algorithm
two structure variables are self-defined to calculate the areas and centroids of targets. The labeling conflicts are resolved by tracking and correcting
which means that if there is a conflict
trace the neighbored blocks and correct the labels of them. Finally
the characteristics of blocks
which have the same label
are accumulated. This method has outstanding advantages in saving memory
compared with Pixel labeling algorithm and Run-length code algorithm. The new algorithm is simple and the results of target characteristics are easy to be analyzed and handled in the following processes. 2010 IEEE.

A new optical structure of measuring lead screw with dual-frequency laser interferometer is proposed
and a formula used quickly correcting Abbe error is deduced in this paper. In the process of testing lead screw
Abbe error in the measured data can be real time compensated
so that the measurement system which doesn't meet Abbe principle can achieve high measurement accuracy. In addition
this method can also eliminate measurement error induced by axial movement of the measured lead screw. The experimental result shows that of the maximum residual error is only 0.48m within 300mm stroke after the maximum Abbe error 1.39m is corrected. This method effectively improves the measurement accuracy of lead screw. 2010 IEEE.

In order to meet requirement of high accurate ranging
the laser ranging system is designed for optoelectronics theodolite application by this paper
based on digital signal processing. Variable modulating method is used to solve the antinomy between the measuring range and accuracy. Frequency mixing is adopted to reduce the frequency of the signal
which can lower the requirement for hardware. The high ranging accuracy is achieved by way of Fast Fourior Transform (FFT) using digital signal processor and error correcting factor. Experiment results indicate that using digital signal processing method can reduce the influence of surroundings and hardware system
and obtain high ranging accuracy. 2010 IEEE.

An effective tracking method is proposed to solve the problem that the electro-optical tracking system in Missile Range easily loses the real target during the target separation. Before target separation
the error correcting value of the theoretical trajectory is obtained by the theoretical trajectory correcting algorithm. In the phase of target separation
the theoretical trajectory of the target is corrected by the error correcting value firstly
and then the fuzzy clustering association algorithm is applied to calculate the similarity between the measuring data of the target from sensors and the corrected theoretical trajectory. The similarity helps to identify whether the measured data is from the real target or not. Experimental results show that the authenticity of the target can be determined effectively. The identified results can be used as the decision-making basis of the servo sub-system and TV trackers
which can improve the continuous tracking probability of the electro-optical tracking system in the target separation. 2010 IEEE.

With the trend of minimization of Fourier transform spectrometer (FTS) which is particularly pronounced in many applications
a model of a micro FTS with no moving parts is proposed and analyzed. During analyzng
the gradients which mainly introduce phase error are accounted. Based on these assumptions and the improved Mertz phase correcting method
the spectrum of signal is simulated with real extended light source. The resolution can be up to 3.43nm@800nm
with high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) limiting resolving ability 6.8dB. In addition
the fabrication method of components are illuminated and demonstrated
which can not only make it bear some advantages over conventional micro dispersive spectrometers
but also afford some new concepts on the design of spectrometers with improved performance. 2009 SPIE.
