Using of SIFT algorithm in the image of teeth model  can detect the features of the teeth image effectively. In this approach  first  search over all scales and image locations by using a difference-of-Gaussian function to identify potential interest points that are invariant to scale and orientation. Second  select keypoints based on measures of their stability and a detailed model is fit to determine location and scale at each candidate location. Third  assign one or more orientations to each keypoint location based on local image gradient directions. Last  measure the local image gradients at the selected scale in the region around each keypoint. And then use the KNN algorithm to match the features. Through lots of experiments and comparing with other feature extraction methods  this method can detect the features of the teeth model effectively  and offer some available parameters for 3D reconstruction of the teeth model. the authors.

Traffic congestion leads to problems like delays  decreasing flow rate  and higher fuel consumption. Consequently  keeping traffic moving as efficiently as possible is not only important to economy but also important to environment. Traffic system is a large complex nonlinear stochastic system. Traditional mathematical methods have some limitations when they are applied in traffic control. Thus  computational intelligence (CI) technologies gain more and more attentions. Neural Networks (NNs) is a well developed CI technology with lots of promising applications in traffic signal control (TSC). In this paper  a neural network (NN) based signal controller is designed to control the traffic lights in an urban traffic road network. Scenarios of simulation are conducted under a microscopic traffic simulation software. Several criterions are collected. Results demonstrate that through online reinforcement training the controllers obtain better control effects than the widely used pre-time and actuated methods under various traffic conditions. 2011 IEEE.

In order to improve the method of training the commander  secondly  thirdly  Finally  the aerial instructor  we adopted Vega to develop the aerial instructor federate with the models we build with Creator on MFC at Visual C++6.0 platform  we implement the commander federate  we interlink the federate that we implemented above with RTI  back parachute commander  the guarantee unit federate  realize a cooperated parachute jump training system. Through lots of experiments and we compare the training system experiment result with the computes data  the guarantee unit and the aerial broadcaster  the back parachute commander federate and the aerial broadcaster federate on MFC at VC++6.0  we use the compare result to direct the trainee. This system makes the parachute jump command training more effective  in this paper  more safety  we used Vega  shorten training cycle  Creator  lower costs and weather protected. 2010 IEEE.  and RTI implement the Parachute Jump Commanding And Simulation System to simulate the parachute jump commanding process. In this system  firstly  we used Creator build the 3D models that we need in the system

During the procedure of target tracing  lots of stars will cross the field of view. These stars will disturb the procedure and  the precision of system will be degraded. At the same time  because the optical surveillance system is limited by environment  the targets are often covered by clouds. The above situations will seriously degrade the system's robustness  and once the target is disappeared  the traditional system can't track the target again. Traditional forecast methods merely use coder information  so the precision is low. In order to upgrade the precision  we combine the coder information and the missdistance to forecast the next frame target position. The method is based on field range enlargement. Proved by practical experiments  this method can effectively improve the robustness of the target tracking system. 2006 IEEE.
