In this study
Zn0.99Co0.01Al0.015O thin film has been prepared by sol-gel method. The structural and magnetic properties of the sample were investigated. X-ray diffraction spectroscopy analyses indicate that the Co and Al codoping can not disturb the structure of ZnO. No additional peaks are observed in the Zn0.99Co0.01Al xO and Al3+ and Co2+ substitute for Zn 2+ without changing the wurtzite structure. The resistance measurements confirm that Al ions increase the free carriers concentration. Based on the above experiments we think the ferromagnetic behavior of the sample could not originate from Co nanoclusters. The presence of free carriers and localized d spins is a prerequisite for the appearance of ferromagnetism. As the result
the carriers generated by Al doping is considered a main factor to induce the ferromagnetic phenomenon. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

Simulation systems with hardware-in-loop are composed by three-Axis virtual flight motion simulator
simulation computer
load torque simulator
and visual simulation systems. Three-Axis Virtual Flight Motion Simulator are used to simulate the attitude of missile in simulation system with hardware-in-loop
so its performance influenced the result of simulation directly. This paper mainly analyzed the factors which influenced the performance of a three-Axis virtual flight motion simulator which we are used now in the lab
then analyzed the entire simulation system's error caused by these factors through numerical simulation method. By analysis we can see that bandwidth is the main factor influenced the precision of simulation systems with hardware-in-loop
mechanical device installation error and measurement error may also cause some errors of the systems at the same time.

The turfy soil is of a special humus soil. The decomposition degree is the main factor on the physical and mechanical properties of turfy soil. To build the turfy soil constitutive model
there are a few shortages such as the calculation cumbersome and low accuracy for parameter value with the method of traditional models. Furthermore
those methods did not reflect the influence of strength that effected by decomposition degree of the turfy soil. In this paper
the relationship of stress-strain with different decomposition degrees of turfy soil was carried out through indoor tests. Based on above experimental results
an improved method
which divided into different zones according to different decomposition degrees of turfy soil and calculated combining with neural network constitutive model is put forward. The result shows that
the neural network of turfy soil has good fitting precision and good generalization ability. It can fully describe the influence of the turfy soil. 2011 IEEE.

As one of the key components on a seeker
EO stabilized platform on a missile
gyroscope is directly relative to errors of servo systems. Main errors of gyro
such as bias drift and scale factor nonlinearity
are added to a servo system
the result is analyzed to illuminated that how a gyro has effect on a seeker servo system. With the mathematical models of a gyro and a seeker
the principle of choosing a gyro is theoretically deduced first and then two gyros model with different main parameters are added into the same gimbals model
the errors of servo systems are compared to prove the deduction. Final conclusion is helpful for choosing proper gyros in a seeker servo system. 2010 IEEE.
