Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements  it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%  under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment  and the formula is 4.9%  MODTRAN and other software likewise  which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article  the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%  in the process of deducing and experiment  it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason  the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved  it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article  which supply a new method in approximate calculation of path radiance for objective radiation measurement. For the factors of increased of tasks  enhancements of functions and improvement of integrity and complexity in aerospace camera  application system has raised high and long-term in-orbit autonomy and reliability requirements on camera controller. Based on an actual project application background  this paper has put forward a design method of new high reliability aerospace camera controller in-orbit software reinjection instruction sequence which use TSC695F as kernel CPU and process flow of bootstrap receive  cache  checkout and storage update data. Finally  combined with specific test module for camera controller software re-injection  the validity of the software re-injection method raised here has been verified. Still here gives out reference codes of update data package which generated by the ground. 2012 IEEE.

Spaceborne remote sensing camera may be out of focus when the environment and photographic distance changes. In order to get higher ground sampled distance for the camera  based on the experience gained from the development of a remote sensing camera  working principle of auto-focus assembly control system was discussed. Time of waveform extraction was reduced. It sets force an auto-focus assembly that uses cam and line guide rail in order to move the lens group. The motion error of the auto-focus assembly was difficult to be eliminated and would affect on the focusing accuracy of the spaceborne remote sensing camera directly. So it was analyzed at both ends of the focusing structure. The CCD detector can keep stable when the remote sensing camera is imaging. The motion error was tested to verify the validity of the simulation result and it is less than 0.01mm. Its accuracy meets using demand. The focusing method of moving focal plane is suitable for spaceborne remote sensing camera. 2011 IEEE.

In this paper  we propose an efficient method to generate optimal multiresolution dynamic models. By the method  we define the triangle importance degree as a weight parameter to be embedded to the edge contraction cost  so the new metric can not only measure distance error but also reflect geometric variation of local areas. A deformation degree weight is appended to the aggregated edge contraction cost for the whole animation  thus sharp features on areas with large deformation can be preserved. In addition  a process of mesh optimization and validity check can further alleviate the geometric distortion of the approximations. Our approach is efficient in operation  easy for implementation  and as a result high quality of dynamic approximations with well-preserved fine details can be generated at any given frame. 2010 IEEE.

In feature-level fusion recognition system  the other is optimizing system sensor design to get outstanding cost performance. So feature selection become usually necessary to reduce dimensionality of the combination of multi-sensor features and improve system performance in system design. In general  there are two main missions. One is improving the recognition correct rate as soon as possible  the optimization is usually applied to feature selection because of its computational feasibility and validity. For further improving recognition accuracy and reducing selected feature dimensions  this paper presents a more rational and accurate optimization  Bidirectional Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (BBPSO) algorithm for feature selection in feature-level fusion target recognition system. In addition  we introduce a new evaluating function as criterion function in BBPSO feature selection method. At the last  we utilized Leave-One-Out method to validate the proposed method. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm improves classification accuracy by two percentage points  while the selected feature dimensions are less one dimension than original Particle Swarm Optimization approach with 16 original feature dimensions. 2009 IEEE.

For the human-level intelligence simulation we should simulate it from the essence of intelligence and with the research results of brain science  cognitive science  artificial intelligence and others. In our study  a mental imagery knowledge representation mode had been established based on cognitive mechanism of human. Two kinds of table named mental imagery concept attributes table and concept attribute value ranges table had been used together to represent mental imagery knowledge in system. Mental imagery concept attributes table which formed by the thought of concept lattice was used to decide relations among concepts and attributes under the circumstance of coarse granularity. While concept attribute value ranges table was used to record differences of individual objects belong to the same concept under the circumstance of fine granularity. The concrete structured method of tables and decision-making process of system were described in the paper. Finally  the validity and feasibility of the knowledge representation mode are illustrated with real examples. 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
