This paper describes a scheme for recognizing human actions from a video sequences. The proposed method is an extension of the Motion History Image(MHI) method based on the ordinal measure of accumulated motion which is robust to variations of appearances. We define the accumulated motion image(AMI) using image differences firstly. Then the AMI of the video sequencesis resized to a MN regulation following the standard of training phases. Finally we employ Support Vector Machine(SVM) as a classifier to distinguish the current activity in target video sequences. In a word our proposed algorithm not only outperforms the state of art on public available KTH data set and Weizmann data set but also proves practical to some real world applications in addition this method is computationally simple and able to achieve a satisfactory accuracy.

At the core of the proposed method is the color transfer technique based on the linear YCBCR space. The method directly uses the grayscale fused image and the difference signals of the input images to construct the source YCBCR components then uses the statistical color transfer technique to form a color fused image that takes the target image's color characteristics. Two different strategies which respectively employ the pixel averaging fusion scheme and the multiresolution fusion scheme as the grayscale image fusion solution are proposed to fulfill different user needs. The simple strategy using the pixel averaging fusion scheme answers to a need of easy implementation and speed of use. And the complex strategy using the multiresolution fusion scheme answers to the high quality need of the fused products. In addition we also describe some useful theories about color-transfer-based image fusion. Experimental results show that the proposed color image fusion algorithm can effectively produce a natural appearing "daytime-like" color fused image and even using the pixel averaging fusion scheme to implement the grayscale fusion can also provide a pleasing result. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

By describing a typical example of this system and the blue print of hardware and the flowchart of software the reliable work of the system has been proved. The circuits of system are very simple and practical and they can be used to realize all the functions of a pilotless airborne mapping equipment. It also has a strong anti-jamming capability due to its balanced transfer scheme with single transmitter and multiple receivers. It is very efficient in protecting the integrity and correctness of transmitted and received signals avoiding the collision of signals through the bus satisfying the communication among several micro-controllers in a single system and forming a special communication network. 2009 SPIE.
