The structure of ejector used in automotive power steering oil discharge equipment is designed in accordance with the theory of gas-liquid ejector.The two important parameters of the ejector are elected respectively to five values and then 25 ejector models are obtained by the permutations and combinations.The ejector's CFD model is created by Fluent module of Ansys
then it is divided into a grid and analyzed. Analyse its pressure distribution and velocity vector
which provides the optimal size for the manufacture of the ejectors and a theoretical basis for experiment. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

For the purposes of correcting the LED display image
a method based on computer simulation is proposed. First
the development of the LED display panel is introduced. Second
analyze the causes of the problem which image in LED display panel has serious high nonuniformity
and introduce the existed correction techniques which are used to reduce the nonuniformity of LED display image. Simultaneously
point out the ground for shortcomings of these techniques. Third
describe the principle of correction method based on computer simulation detail from two steps
which are the luminous collection and luminous copulation. Forth
describe the realization steps of this method in accordance with the third step. Finally
this method is supplied in a LED display panel
whose resolution is 640480. Experimental results show that this method is able to reduce the non-uniformity of images from 11.06% to 0.98%. (2012) Trans Tech Publications

In order to improve the method of the LED display panel grayscale modulation a method based on computer calculation is proposed. First the development history and trends of the LED display panel are introduced. Second present the structure of the LED display panel and the existed modulation method. Simultaneously point out the ground for shortcomings of the existed method. Third describe the principle modulation method based on computer calculation detail from two steps which are the data signal transformation and the grayscale modulation. Forth describe the realization steps of this method in accordance with the third step. Finally this method is supplied in a LED display panel whose resolution is 320240. Experimental results show that this method is able to increase the grayscale from 14-bit to 16-bit and can enhance the display result of the LED display panel significantly. In order to improve the quality of image transmission
this paper puts forward a box shielding method that could eliminate electromagnetic interference signal on image transmission equipments. At first
this paper analyzes the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic interference
selects the qualified shielding material and designs the structure. After that
it analyzes the descending of shielding effectiveness in the operational system
and improves the equipments shielding effectiveness by means of the electromagnetic compatibility design that accords with electromagnetic compatibility norms. At last
through the EMI radiometry
this paper confirms that the equipments are in accordance with the design requirements of electromagnetic compatibility norms. (2012) Trans Tech Publications

A set of ZnO films of different thickness have been deposited on sapphire substrates using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) by varying the growth time and the effect of film thickness on the structural
electrical and optical properties have been investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the (002) diffraction peak is decreased as the film thickness increasing
and the stress along c-axis is stable. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) measurement shows that the grains become more uniform as the film grows thicker and the film surface present distinct hexagon shape as the film is grown up to a thickness of 500nm. The optical absorbance

As we know
the existence of image motion has a bad effect on the image quality of satellite-borne TDI CCD camera. Although many theories on image motion are proposed to cope with this problem
few simulations are done to justify the proposed theories on ground. And thus
in this paper
a ground-based physical simulation system for TDI CCD imaging is developed and specified
which consists of a physical simulation subsystem for precise satellite attitude control based on a 3-axis air bearing table
and an imaging and simulation subsystem utilizing area-array CCD to simulate TDI CCD. The designed system could realize not only a precise simulation of satellite attitude control
whose point accuracy is above 0.1 and steady accuracy above 0.01/s
but also an imaging simulation of 16-stage TDI CCD with 0.1s its integration time. This paper also gives a mathematical model of image motion of this system analogous with satellite-borne TDI CCD
and detailed descriptions on the principle utilizing area-array CCD to simulate TDI CCD. It is shown that experiment results are in accordance with mathematical simulation
and that the image quality deteriorate seriously when the correspondence between the image velocity and signal charges transfer velocity is broken out
which suggest not only the validity of the system design but also the validity of the proposed image motion theory of TDI CCD. 2010 SPIE.

Aiming at the problem that the linear characteristic of LED display panel is not compatible with the non-linear characteristic of image data
this leads to appear the large deviation during grayscale rendition
the gray level correction algorithm based on least squares approximation is provided. First
the necessity of gray level correction is analyzed. Then
the gray level correction algorithm model is constructed according to the principle of latest squares approximation. Next
realization steps are described in accordance with this constructed algorithm model. Finally
this algorithm is implemented in a LED display panel
whose resolution is 128128. Experimental results show that this algorithm is able to reduce the deviation obviously during grayscale rendition and the problem of gray level deformation can be resolved perfectly because the linear relation between image data after correcting and gray level is good which satisfies the linear characteristic of LED display panel. 2010 IEEE.
