The piezo-electric steering control system is used to compensate the vibration of satellite platform. The mathematical model of piezo-electric steering system is built. The adaptive controller based on improved LMS filter algorithm is designed according to this system characteristic. The adaptive delay filter is designed to solve slow convergence speed problem of traditional algorithm. Meanwhile  the adaptive delay filter can also compensate phase delay of control circuit. The adaptive deviation filter is introduced and it effectively compensates the vibration deviation which is low frequency and high amplitude. The experimental results show that the remained errors are rad  which meets space optical communication requirement and proves that this control scheme is valid and feasible. In the imaging process of the space remote sensing camera  there was degradation phenomenon in the acquired images. In order to reduce the image blur caused by the degradation  the remote sensing images were restored to give prominence to the characteristic objects in the images. First  the frequency-domain notch filter was adopted to remove strip noises in the images. Then using the ground characters with the knife-edge shape in the images  the point spread function of the imaging system was estimated. In order to improve the accuracy  the estimated point spread function was corrected with Gaussian fitting method. Finally  the images were restored using the adaptive Wiener filtering with the fitted point spread function. Experimental results of the real remote sensing images showed that almost all strip noises in the images were eliminated. After the denoised images were restored  its variance and its gray mean gradient increased  also its laplacian gradient increased. Restoration with Gaussian fitted point spread function is beneficial to interpreting and analyzing the remote sensing images. After restoration  the blur phenomenon of the images is reduced. The characters are highlighted  and the visual effect of the images is clearer. 2011 IEEE.

The technology of multi-target tracking is always detecting small targets in complex background. According to the frequency characteristic of nature background and small target  a method of detecting targets based on wavelet energy is suggested. The energy of targets in horizontal and vertical direction outclass that of background  or we can say  the gray degree of targets outclass that of background. Then through selecting adaptive region-value  targets and background can be divided. By the method of classifying  the figure centers of every target can be calculated. According to the figure centers of every target in several neighboring frames  the position and velocity of every target in next frame can be estimated by Kalman filter. Experiment results have shown that small targets in sea or sky nature background can be detected by this method  and they can be tracking.
