It is crucial to measure the video quality blindly for most image processing applications which could not obtain the original image. Different Video Quality Assessment (VQA) methods are analysis in this paper. A state of art in the field of No- Reference (NR) VQA is presented. Finally  an ideal NR VQA model is proposed. 2009 IEEE.
