The purpose of this paper is to compare and evaluate current spatial upscaling methods using MODIS remote sensing data with multiple spatial resolutions. In the research Northeast China was selected as the study area. MODIS data with spatial resolutions of 250 m (2 bands) and 500 m (7 bands) were used as the test data. Through using the selected upscaling methods the Band 1 and Band 2 data of MODIS were scaled up from 250 m to 500 m spatial resolution. On the basis of land cover characteristics of Northeast China the MODIS data located in the study area was classified into the five land cover types including water grasslands forests farmlands and bare lands using maximum likelihood method. The land cover classification results were further compared with MODIS Land Cover Type product. Finally Structural Similarity (SSIM) was selected to evaluate the effects of these upscaling methods. The research can provide more useful information for spatial scaling transformation in remote sensing data applications. 2012 SPIE.

Firstly the model described in this paper fulfills online knowledge mutual platform and it provide a support for the sharing transmission of the knowledge and the collection of tacit knowledge and knowledge context elements. After that the paper constructs a context management model to finish the design of context recognition acquisition scheme and problem-based context modeling. Lastly on the basis of the context model the paper fulfill the acquisition the expression the sharing and the storage in the tacit knowledge management. CTKM model provide a solution of the integrated context for the tacit knowledge management and through the load of context elements achieve the effective sharing of the tacit knowledge. 2011 IEEE.

In order to solve this problem the coupling relationship between missile attitude and visual axis is obtained by Coordinate transformation. When the seeker stably tracks a target the angular velocity of visual axis in inertial space is zero so the relative angular velocity of roll axis and pitch axis can be derived for servo control. According to Oura dynamics equation the dynamic models of roll axis and pitch axis were established and kinetic equations of two axises were obtained. The dynamic models can provide theoretical basis to developing research of servo control system and structural optimization design of stabilized platform. Finally some measures could reduce the dynamic coupling between the framework was given. 2011 IEEE.

First the implementation processes of the method of lock-up table nonlinear transformation are described which is the traditional method of nonlinear transformation. Second an algorithm model of dynamic nonlinear transformation is constructed Third the algorithm realization steps are discussed on the basis of the constructed algorithm model. Finally the relationship between the coefficient of nonlinear transformation and ambient brightness is analyzed. Experimental results indicate regardless of ambient brightness this algorithm is able to ensure that the contrast of LED display panel does not decrease so the display results of LED display panel is good. 2010 IEEE.
