The technique of stable isotope analysis has been widely applied for the field of food web studies in recent years.However,few researches concerned about the impacts of different tissues used for analysis on the food web building.With the purpose of accuracy and comparability in the food web studies,the sampling tissues should be standardized.In this study,10macrobenthic species from the intertidal zone of the Yellow River Delta and Yantai were chosen as the target object to test the isotopic characteristic variations ofdelta~(13)C anddelta15 N at different body parts (whole bodies,muscles and gills).Our results show thatdelta~(13)C anddelta15 N values vary in different sampling tissues for most species,which indicates the different tissues used for analysis impact the food web building.To achieve a more accuracy and comparability result,suitable tissue should be primarily chosen for their food sources and trophic levels analysis.Namely,when the organism as predator,their muscles should first be chosen,for examples,adductor and foot muscles of mollusks,leg muscles of crabs and back muscles of fishes
when the organism as prey, most of their tissues,except for indigestible part(for polychaetes,the digestive tract contents should be removed) should be chosen for analysis on food sources and trophic levels of the secondary consumer,for example,whole soft parts of mollusks,the mixture of muscles and gills of crabs.

Abstract: In this work, we report the in-orbit demonstration of X-ray pulsar navigation with Insight-Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite, which was launched on 2017 June 15. The new pulsar navigation method Significance Enhancement of Pulse-profile with Orbit-dynamics is adopted to determine the orbit with observations of only one pulsar. In this test, the Crab pulsar is chosen and observed by Insight-HXMT from 2017 August 31 to September 5. Using the five-day long observation data, the orbit of Insight-HXMT is determined successfully with the three telescopes onboard: High Energy X-ray Telescope, Medium Energy X-ray Telescope, and Low Energy X-ray Telescope, respectively. A method to find the optimized parameter values of passive dynamic walking biped is presented. The effects of biped physical parameters on the stability property of passive gaits are studied by simulation experiments. The chosen parameters include the mass distribution
length of leg and slope angle. The stability property of passive walking limit cycles is used as criterion of optimization calculation
including the orbital stability described by eigen-values of linearized Poincare map and the global property described by size of attraction region. The simulation results show how the stability of limit cycle varies when physical parameters of the passive biped change. The work is useful to explore the inherent property of passive dynamic walking and can be used as an important instruction in the mechanical design of biped robots based on principle of passive dynamic walking. The coaxial two-mirror telescope consists of two mirrors facing each other. Classical two-mirror arrangements are Gregorian and Cassegrain. These systems are usually applied to space telescopes and often have optical baffles to prevent stray light from entering the focal plane. The optical baffles consist of concentric rings suspended between the secondary and the primary mirror. The secondary baffle for a large two-mirror optical system is designed and analyzed in this paper. According to mission of a telescope
the structure should have high stiffness and high reliability and light weight. Compared with invar
aluminum alloy and titanium alloy
carbon fiber composite is currently the best material in terms of weight-to-strength ratio. It also has advantages of high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion. So carbon fiber composite is chosen as material to meet requirements of the coaxial telescope. In this paper
optimization method based on finite element analysis (FEA) is used for design the secondary baffle. Minimum weight of the baffle is chosen as an objective function. Thicknesses of former tube and vanes are chosen as variables. Analysis results show that the designed secondary baffle has maximum diameter of 180mm
total length of 120mm and weighs 142g. And its fundamental frequency reaches 651Hz. Therefore the baffle has many advantages
such as ultra-light weight
high stiffness and dimensional stability
etc. The optimization method and the baffle design can be helpful to other coaxial telescopes
such as Cassegrain
Gregorian and their subdivisions. 2012 IEEE.
