Target detection and tracking technology in infrared image is an important part of modern military defense system. Infrared dim-point targets detection and recognition under complex background is a difficulty and important strategic value and challenging research topic. The main objects that carrier-borne infrared vigilance system detected are sea-skimming aircrafts and missiles. Due to the characteristics of wide field of view of vigilance system  the target is usually under the sea clutter. Detection and recognition of the target will be taken great difficulties.There are some traditional point target detection algorithms  such as adaptive background prediction detecting method. When background has dispersion-decreasing structure  the traditional target detection algorithms would be more useful. But when the background has large gray gradient  such as sea-sky-line  sea waves etc.The bigger false-alarm rate will be taken in these local area.It could not obtain satisfactory results. Because dim-point target itself does not have obvious geometry or texture feature  in our opinion  from the perspective of mathematics  the detection of dim-point targets in image is about singular function analysis.And from the perspective image processing analysis  the judgment of isolated singularity in the image is key problem. The foregoing points for dim-point targets detection  its essence is a separation of target and background of different singularity characteristics.The image from infrared sensor usually accompanied by different kinds of noise. These external noises could be caused by the complicated background or from the sensor itself. The noise might affect target detection and tracking. Therefore  the purpose of the image preprocessing is to reduce the effects from noise  also to raise the SNR of image  and to increase the contrast of target and background. According to the low sea-skimming infrared flying small target characteristics  the median filter is used to eliminate noise  improve signal-to-noise ratio  then the multi-point multi-storey vertical Sobel algorithm will be used to detect the sea-sky-line  so that we can segment sea and sky in the image. Finally using centroid tracking method to capture and trace target. This method has been successfully used to trace target under the sea-sky complex background. 2011 Copyright Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

Inertia sensing elements are usually adopted as the sensors of velocity stabilization loop in airborne photoelectric equipments  therefore we need to adopt filtering processing to reduce influence to control system. In this paper  which are constituted stabilized control system  we analyze the characteristic of noise gyro drift  that purpose is reducing the influence of the movement of carrier to visual axis of photoelectric probing system. But gyro  and utilize Kalman filtering technology to conduct filtering processing to output signal of gyro  especially the piezoelectricity gyro generates drift  this method can reduce output noise effectively. The simulation results show that the proposed filtering processing method can improve the low velocity characteristic. 2010 IEEE.  which is the main error source of photoelectric stabilized control system

Star sensor is a special high accuracy photoelectric sensor. Attitude acquisition time is an important function index of star sensor. In this paper  the design target is to acquire 10 samples per second dynamic performance. On the basis of analyzing CCD signals timing and star image processing  a new design and a special parallel architecture for improving star image processing are presented in this paper. In the design  the operation moving the data in expanded windows including the star to the on-chip memory of DSP is arranged in the invalid period of CCD frame signal. During the CCD saving the star image to memory  DSP processes the data in the on-chip memory. This parallelism greatly improves the efficiency of processing. The scheme proposed here results in enormous savings of memory normally required. In the scheme  DSP HOLD mode and CPLD technology are used to make a shared memory between CCD and DSP. The efficiency of processing is discussed in numerical tests. Only in 3.5ms is acquired the five lightest stars in the star acquisition stage. In 43us  the data in five expanded windows including stars are moved into the internal memory of DSP  and in 1.6ms  five star coordinates are achieved in the star tracking stage.

Optical interconnection is the key technique of high-speed optical information process and optical communication. A lot of approaches for optical interconnection have been proposed since Goodman in Stanford University firstly proposed the optical interconnection for very large scale integrated circuits technology. A dynamical addressing device for optical interconnection was designed and fabricated in this paper. This optical device is based on one-dimensional nonlinear photonic crystal made on the planar waveguide. The nonlinear materials ZnS and ZnSe  which have large nonlinear refractive index coefficients  were alternately deposited on the waveguide to form one-dimensional photonic crystal. The Bragg condition is changed when the input power of the control light increased due to the nonlinear characters of the materials  thus the reflective angle of the signal light can be changed with the input power change of the control light. In our experiment  when increasing the power density of control light from 0 to 2.60X105W/cm 2  the angle of the signal beam can be changed about 20. The interconnection characteristics were investigated in theory and in experiment. The testing data agree well with theoretical predictions. This kind of devices is promising to use in the all-optical interconnection  optical information processing and optical communication.
