In order to design a large aperture primary mirror with the diameter of 1150 mm
the parameters impacting on gravity deformation of the mirror were analyzed and discussed in detail
including material selection
diameter-thickness ratio
the number of the support points
location selection and lightweight structure
etc. A novel space mirror structure system was put forward
and its back was opened and supported by six points on back. The dynamic and static and thermal characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element method. Analysis results showed the surface figure accuracy reached to RMS 14.5nm under the action of gravity load along the optical axis direction and the first-order natural frequency was 214Hz which met to the designed indexes requirements. In the process of producing glass feet billet
how to detect the qualification of the products has became an important part. For this situation
this paper designs a detection system of the linear of glass feet billet. In this system
first
make Sobel edge detection to the images from the camera. Then this paper proposes a dynamic threshold segmentation method
this method can draw the upper edge curve of the glass feet billet quickly and accurately. This method can detect the qualification of the products very accurate. This system has been successfully applied to the products site. 2012 IEEE.

A method to find the optimized parameter values of passive dynamic walking biped is presented. The effects of biped physical parameters on the stability property of passive gaits are studied by simulation experiments. The chosen parameters include the mass distribution
length of leg and slope angle. The stability property of passive walking limit cycles is used as criterion of optimization calculation
including the orbital stability described by eigen-values of linearized Poincare map and the global property described by size of attraction region. The simulation results show how the stability of limit cycle varies when physical parameters of the passive biped change. The work is useful to explore the inherent property of passive dynamic walking and can be used as an important instruction in the mechanical design of biped robots based on principle of passive dynamic walking. To efficiently evaluate the tracking index of theodolite
as well as avoiding influence resulted from higher harmonics when used opto dynamic target and use equivalent sine to evaluate the tracking index
in this paper
we resorted to General Regression Neural Network to do the new research on theodolite tracking accuracy evaluation method. Experimental results indicate that the method realized the equivalent sine to evaluate the tracking index of theodolite and avoided the higher harmonics influence with opto dynamic target. The research in this paper has important value to the engineering practice. (2012) Trans Tech Publications.
