Laser pulse code is an anti-jamming measures used in semi-active laser guided weapons. On account of the laser-guided signals adopting pulse coding mode and the weak signal processing  it need complex calculations in the frequency measurement process according to the laser pulse code signal time correlation to meet the request in optoelectronic countermeasures in semi-active laser guided weapons. To ensure accurately completing frequency measurement in a short time  it needed to carry out self-related process with the pulse arrival time series composed of pulse arrival time  calculate the signal repetition period  and then identify the letter type to achieve signal decoding from determining the time value  number and rank number in a signal cycle by Using CPLD and DSP for signal processing chip  designing a laser-guided signal frequency measurement in the pulse frequency measurement device  improving the signal processing capability through the appropriate software algorithms. In this article  we introduced the principle of frequency measurement of the device  described the hardware components of the device  the system works and software  analyzed the impact of some system factors on the accuracy of the measurement. The experimental results indicated that this system improve the accuracy of the measurement under the premise of volume  real-time  anti-interference  low power of the laser pulse frequency measuring device. The practicality of the design  reliability has been demonstrated from the experimental point of view.

In order to realize miniaturization and light weight of the strap-down inertial navigation system  and then to make sure that it works well under random loads  optimal design is applied to the strap-down inertial navigation support with the methods of topology optimization and size optimization. Firstly  based on the installation requirement of devices and connection requirement of the support and the carrier  the initial structure of the support is designed. Topology optimization with FEA software ANSYS is adopted on the initial structure to get the basic one. Then 5 critical sizes are chosen as design variables  and the support structure is optimized by means of size optimization to reach light weight with satisfying the requirement of dynamic stiffness. Finally  random vibration analysis is applied to the initial structure. In the mean time  random vibration test is carried out to qualify the analysis method. After the qualification  a random vibration analysis is applied to the optimized support structure to get the rms of displacement response and acceleration response of the support to validate whether the optimized structure is appropriate. The results indicate that the dynamic stiffness of the optimized support structure satisfies the design requirements  and its weight is lighter 49.38% than that of the initial one. This research can be a reference to the structure design of supports under random loads  and the result has been applied to the development and manufacture of a prototype aerocraft. 2010 IEEE.

In view of domestic traffic  the traffic flow is increasing rapidly recent years  whereas the traffic control is deficient. This paper presents a design of intelligent traffic control system based on DSP and Nios II. Using Dual-CPU  Intelligent Traffic Control System combined with logic control in FPGA implements kinds of functions  which include crossphase adjustment  exchanging and establishing related information  live human-computer interaction and remote control etc. The system works mostly at the mode of timing and multiple phases according to the user demands dynamically  thus it breaks through the bottleneck of traditional traffic signal controller  and can accomplish the control in complicated and diversified traffic. This paper gives the realization of hardware system as well as the software system. The experiment results show that the Intelligent Traffic Control System can completely meet the requirements of modern traffic control. 2009 IEEE.

In order to make photoelectric encoder usable in a spaceflight camera which adopts CAN bus as the communication method  CAN bus interface of the photoelectric encoder is designed in this paper. CAN bus interface hardware circuit of photoelectric encoder consists of CAN bus controller SJA 1000  CAN bus transceiver TJA1050 and singlechip. CAN bus interface controlling software program is completed in C language. A ten-meter shield twisted pair line is used as the transmission medium in the spaceflight camera  and speed rate is 600kbps.The experiments show that: the photoelectric encoder with CAN bus interface which has the advantages of more reliability  real-time  transfer rate and transfer distance overcomes communication line's shortcomings of classical photoelectric encoder system. The system works well in automatic measuring and controlling system. 2009 SPIE.

The optical system of infrared spatial camera adopts bigger relative aperture and bigger pixel size on focal plane element. These make the system have bulky volume and low resolution. The potential of the optical systems can not be exerted adequately. So  one method for improving resolution of infrared spatial camera based on multi-frame difference-images is introduced in the dissertation. The method uses more than one detectors to acquire several difference images  and then reconstructs a new high-resolution image from these images through the relationship of pixel grey value. The technique of difference-images that uses more than two detectors is researched  and it can improve the resolution 2.5 times in theory. The relationship of pixel grey value between low-resolution difference-images and high-resolution image is found by analyzing the energy of CCD sampling  a general relationship between the enhanced times of the resolution of the detected figure with differential method and the least count of CCD that will be used to detect figure is given. Based on the research of theory  the implementation process of utilizing difference-images technique to improve the resolution of the figure was simulated used Matlab software by taking a personality image as the object  and the software can output the result as an image. The result gotten from the works we have finished proves that the technique is available in high-resolution image reconstruction. The resolution of infrared spatial camera can be improved evidently when holding the size of optical structure or using big size detector by applying for difference image technique. So the technique has a high value in optical remote fields.
