Brightness and color correction system is working for the color uniform problem of LED display. The correction system can improve LED display's quality greatly. The accuracy of the LED system must consider the accuracy requirements of the color correction system. This paper analyze the accuracy requirements from two aspects. One is that the accuracy requirements should consider the chromatic tolerance for the human eyes
the other one is that the accuracy requirements should be associated with the precision of measuring equipment. This paper discuss the accuracy requirement with the CIE1976LUV as a color space to meet the chromatic tolerance of the human eyes
and also give an explanation on how the accuracy of the measuring equipment affect the the correction system. Then this paper give a method to ensure the accuracy requirement for the correction system of a LED display. 2011 IEEE.

We present a computationally efficient color image fusion algorithm for merging infrared and visible images. At the core of the proposed method is the color transfer technique based on the linear YCBCR space. The method directly uses the grayscale fused image and the difference signals of the input images to construct the source YCBCR components
then uses the statistical color transfer technique to form a color fused image that takes the target image's color characteristics. Two different strategies
which respectively employ the pixel averaging fusion scheme and the multiresolution fusion scheme as the grayscale image fusion solution
are proposed to fulfill different user needs. The simple strategy using the pixel averaging fusion scheme answers to a need of easy implementation and speed of use. And the complex strategy using the multiresolution fusion scheme answers to the high quality need of the fused products. In addition
we also describe some useful theories about color-transfer-based image fusion. Experimental results show that the proposed color image fusion algorithm can effectively produce a natural appearing "daytime-like" color fused image
and even using the pixel averaging fusion scheme to implement the grayscale fusion can also provide a pleasing result. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

There mainly is laser digital photofinishing technique and digital photofinishing technique based on LCD consisting of TFT and LCOS in the digital photofinishing field at the present time. The former have a good many merit such as wide color gamut
high processing rate
large output size and high brightness
but his cost is very high
his maintain technique being comparatively complex
that result in difficult use for people. The utilization ratio of the latter is low because of lower resolution and lower aperture ratio for LCD
but the digital photofinishing based on LCD have lower cost and higher utilization ration
being suitable for people's current standard of living. Considering above mentioned problem
a micro-motion exposure method based on PZT piezoelectric ceramics used in digital image photofinishing is presented. The two-dimension micro-motion exposure system consisting of PZT piezoelectric ceramics
LCD panel
polarizing film and spring strip is designed. By means of PZT piezoelectric ceramics the LCD panel is removed about the one half of the pixel size of the LCD panel for four times from the original place
at the same time imaging system is exposed four times at the printing paper. The software is used to control the time synchronization
the exposure time and motion range of the LCD panel. The system has advantages such as shorter response time than 0.1seconds
lesser motion error than 0.01 microns
high stability and repeatability. Experimental results show that the proposed micro-motion exposure method improve the picture brightness and enlarge output size
at the meantime reducing the cost of the system. 2009 SPIE.

In Video tracking
detection and tracking need two algorithms. The process is complex and need much time which detection and tracking is. In this paper a hybrid valued sequential state vector is formulated. The state vector is characterized by information of target appearance and of location. Particle filter-based method implements detection and tracking. In order to reduce process time and think of pixel position in tracking field
feature histogram of color-based is as observe vector and used posterior estimate. The experimental results confirm that method can detect and track object in 17.68ms successfully when the number of particles is 160. The method is robust for rolling

It needs to set the two thresholds of classical Canny Operator manually
which confined this algorithm. A lot of research on adaptive thresholds choice method has been done to conquer this shortcoming. Based on the gradient histogram

a method of gradient histogram difference diagram with adaptive image classification techniques is proposed in this paper. It automatically sets the two thresholds
and avoids disconnected or false edges in detection. Experiments prove that the method is threshold-adaptive and the edge detection performs well in color image whose larger gradient amplitude pixels are mainly located in the edges between the target and background. 2009 IEEE.

An effective assessment method for color image is proposed. It is based on the quaternion description for the structural information of color image. The local variance of the luminance layer of color image is taken as the real part of a quaternion
then the three RGB channels of the color image are encoded into the three imaginary parts of the quaternion. The angle between the singular value feature vectors of the quaternion matrices correspond to the reference image and the distorted image is used to measure the structural similarity of the two images. Results from experiments show that the proposed method is better consistent with the human visual characteristics than MSE
PSNR and SSIM. The images whose size is different from that of the reference image can also be assessed by this method. 2008 IEEE.

The design method and result are described for an infrared zoom system with three fields of view. Its zoom ratio is 9
and the corresponding field of view is 3-27. The working waveband is from 3 m to 5m
and using the rotated elements in the system it is easy to change the field-of-view and satisfied the cooled detector requirements.
and its total length is required to be no more than 400mm. The final optical system consists of 9 elements
with two aspheric surfaces and a diffractive optical element. It achieves diffraction-limited imaging at the middle infrared waveband. From the last result we can know using the diffractive optical elements can eliminate the color aberration and helps to reduce the cost of the system
