In this paper
we present a new semi-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer
which is based on photons counter consists by the photomultiplier tube.The photons count efficiency is very high
which makes the test result be more sensitive and steady.A calibration circuit was presented int this paper
which was used to check the veracity of the photons counting. Significantly
this paper presents two unique compensation modules-measuring chamber and double spherical-convex lens optical system
which are used to improve the efficiency of photons counting. 2010 IEEE.
