中文摘要In this paper, the main purpose was to establish diabetes risk assessment model as well as its implementation and application. Intervention to prevent type 2 diabetes should be directed toward individuals at increase risk for the disease. Therefore, we developed the diabetes risk score system. According to the study of residents’ health census data in Liao- Shen area including the diabetics and non-diabetics, logistic regression analysis was adopted to screen the main risk factors of diabetes and established the diabetes risk assessment model which was placed on the mobile terminal with backstage where the data of personal situation collected by questionnaire could be analyzed achieving lifestyle interventions and exercisehabits proposals aimed at the selected high-risk diabetes. As a result, for this method’s advantages of easy-operation, widespread and high-efficiency, this model could be used to assess diabetes risk of residents in Shenyang community which was expected to become an effective tool in China.
