英文摘要The invention relates to a positive pressure ink supply control system for conductive printing ink. The system comprises a first positive pressure pump, a positive pressure buffer box, a tee valve, a secondary ink box, a nozzle, a second positive pressure pump and a single-chip controller. The first positive pressure pump, the positive pressure buffer box and the tee valve are sequentially connected, the second positive pressure pump and the tee valve are connected, and the tee valve and the secondary ink box and the nozzle are sequentially connected; and the first positive pressure pump, the second positive pressure pump and the single-chip controller are connected. The method comprises the following steps: unlatching the first positive pressure pump to enable the first positive pressure pump to output positive air pressure to the positive pressure buffer box, and closing the air passage of the second positive pressure pump; the conductive printing ink flowing towards the nozzle to enable the ink to penetrate the nozzle, and adjusting a hand-operated adjusting pressure-regulating valve to enable the nozzle to confine the printing ink, a pressure value at the moment being the optimal ink passage positive pressure value; and the single-chip controller controlling air pressure in the positive pressure buffer box to maintain the optimal ink passage positive value so as to realize control of positive pressure ink supply. According to the invention, a positive pressure passage cooperates with an ink passage so that the ink passage can be conveniently cleaned; and the positive pressure control mode is simple, and cleaning and maintenance are facilitated.
