| 英文摘要 | Aiming at the free-form surface, the material removal function of the workpiece was established based on Hertzian contact and Preston assumption by the analysis of processing mechanism and pressure distribution of spherical polishing tool. The material removal profile curve was obtained by computer simulation. The effect of several main parameters on the material removal was analyzed. The validity of the material removal model was verified. The workpiece with mirror effect was obtained. |
