| 英文摘要 | In order to solve the problem of parking based illegal parking in the vicinity of bus stations, a system for reporting illegal on image recognition and related techniques was designed and implemented. The reporting system re- ceives the photo images of illegal parting vehicles and their location information transmitted from reporters＇ smart mobile phones through the wechat public platform, then, processes the photo images and recognized them, and fi- nally, sends the recognition results to reporters and reports the illegal parking vehicles to the traffic police authori-ties. |
