中文摘要Aiming at the production process of petrochemical industry complex. We need to monitor physical quantity of many parameters in order to achieve fine-grained material production and scientific management. It can complete the production process of information transformation which improve the measurement precision and accuracy. According to the actual demand, This paper establish a production material management system which base on the polymorphic wireless technology. It can get real-time data information which are installed industrial site of various measuring instruments and electronic balance. All information can be sent to the office network through a wireless gateway finally. There are converged to the general database eventually. We can real-time monitoring of the plant material quantity and calculate the loss after completion the project. Lay a foundation for the management of production scientific.
