| 英文摘要 | Based on the analysis of the production characteristics of integrated circuit packaging and testing industry, the system can reduce equipment downtime, and extend equipment life. Aiming at improving production efficiency, the system establishes the information model of production equipment, and the model of analysis and decision, so as to improve the operation and maintenance of production equipment. The system has been implemented in a domestic IC packaging and testing enterprise, which can effectively improve production efficiency and production management level. |
