中文摘要Many students learning is of heavy fickleness psychology in college. They are always eager for quick success and instant benefit, content with superficial understanding and changing about knowledge. College specialty teacher should give subject courses in accordance with psychology guidance. Both the active and passive effects are considered carefully. College education must lead students to have a definite object in view, teach students in accordance of their aptitude. These strategies are adopted in order to help students overcome the fickleness psychology and form a habit of active and religious learning.
