| 英文摘要 | Proposing an evaluating method of technological achievements maturity, constructing an evaluating index system which includes 3 categories of A level index — technology function, technology innovation, technology value, and 15 B level of technology effectiveness and reliability indexes. Using self-designed “technological achievements maturity rating scale”, it offers a simple, practical operational tool for technology management, especially for the technological achievements transferring work. Through the 22 technological achievements case analysis of Shenyang branch, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it proves the effectiveness & practicability of this index system and rating scale. |
