英文摘要This paper introduces the development and design of a gap measuring machine which used in the industries of auto transmission assembly. The control system of this equipment is based on Siemens S7-1500 and ET200SP and expanded six V90 servo axis with Profinet protocol to realize the synchronous measuring function of the gap between the four parts of the transmission; after the measurement is completed, the selected gasket values can be automatically selected and reinspected in the rotary gasket rechecking mechanism. This gap measuring machine has been successfully applied in the production workshop of a well-known automobile factory in China, which improves the production efficiency and the qualified rate of the products.
