Determination of apigenin and luteolin in flos buddlejae by hydroxy propyl-beta-cyclodextrin micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography

| 英文摘要 | A method was developed to determine apigenin and luteolin in flos buddlejae by hydroxy propyl-beta-cyclodextrin ( hp-beta-cd) micellar eletrokinetic capillary chromatography( hp-beta-cd-mekc). the effects of buffer ph and concentration, sodium dodecy sulfate ( sds) concentration were investigated. the optimum electrophore conditions were as follows 20 mmol/l borax-kh(2)p0(4),-20 mmol/l hp-beta-cd as the running buffer ( ph 9.0), applied voltage of 16 kv. under the optimized conditions, the two analytes were well separated in less than 15 min. a good linear relationship between the peak height and concentration was found in the 0.01 - 0.60 g/l concentration range for the two analytes. the relative standard deviation based on migration time and peak height were 1.2% and 1.9% for apigenin, 2.5% and 2.9% for luteolin, respectively. the detection limits were 0.005 g/l and 0.0045 g/l for apigenin and luteolin, respectively. |
