| 英文摘要 | A novel, simple and rapid method for the separation of biogenic amines by micellar electrokinetic chromatography with diode array detection was developed. the effect of some key factors, such as concentration of buffer and sodium dodecyl sulfate (sds), ph, surfactant, capillary temperature and applied voltage on the separation of biogenic amines was investigated. under the optimized conditions, the baseline separation of five blogenic amines was achieved with satisfactory repeatability and high separation efficiency in 7 min using 40 mmol/l borate buffer (ph 8. 5) containing 68 mmol/l sds, under 25 kv applied voltage at 25 degrees c. the linear range, the limit of detection and the repeatability were also investigated under the optimized conditions. the rsd (n = 6) of the migration time is < 0. 8% and the rsd (n = 6) of peak area is less than 4% for each blogenic amines, the linear ranges are wide and the limit of detection is low. |
