| 英文摘要 | Well-defined nanosized hollow tio2 capsules with the diameter of 80-100 nm were prepared through aging dissolvation technique for the first time to remove the templates of core-shell composite spheres. the as-prepared tio2 nanocapsules were characterized by tem. furthermore, the antimicrobial triclosan was loaded into these nanocapsules. the loading of triclosan was determined by tga-dta, and the loading amount is about 29 wt.%. the release behavior of the entrapped triclosan molecular was investigated by uv-visible absorption (uv-vis). there is a moiety of triclosan that was loaded inside the tio2 shell. the results indicated that this drug release system has a sustained-release property. such antimicrobial-loaded tio2 nanocapsules can be used as additive in household and personal care chemical industry.
