| 英文摘要 | The method of isotope dilution multicollector icp-ms with hexapole collision cell was developed to determine trace amount of se in fish through the studies of the use of collision gases, seh calibration, mass bias calibration, matrix effect and sample preparation. furthermore, this method was used to measure trace se in salmon fish for the comparison among the national metrology institutes organized by international committee for weight and measures-consultative committee for amount of substanee-metrology in chemistry (cipm-ccqm). the measured result of this work is 7.38 +/- 0.22 (mu mol/kg), which is in agreement with the certified value 7.32 +/- 0.28 (mu mol/kg). thus the reliability and accuracy of the method established in this work are validated. |
