英文摘要 | Experiments for guiding of Xe7+ions through nanocapillaries in insulating polycarbonate (PC) foil with a thickness of 30μm and a diameter of 150nm are reported. The total yield of the transmitted ions was measured as a function of the capillary tilt angle. Moreover, we tested the influence of charged back-side, incident current and incident energy of ions through capillaries. The present results are discussed within the models for the guiding effect. © 2009 IOP Publishing Ltd. |
