中文摘要 | An improved double channel communication controller of Foundation Fieldbus named improved FBC0409 is introduced in this paper. Design principles and working scenes are proposed, besides, interrupt, compare mechanism and sending/receiving logic are described. The main advantage of double channel FBC0409 is provides extra reliable or safe ability, it depends on how to make use of it. FF-SIS is a safe instrument system architecture of Foundation Fieldbus, it provides lots of safety guarantees but less reliable problems are thinked out. A double channel Robust FF-SIS network is introduced and more reliability can achieve by make use of double channel FBC0409. Furthermore, Robust FF-SIS network is illustrated by some user case meanwhile some analysis are given. |
