中文摘要We have an introduction of a rescue surface vehicle which could send the guidance ropes to the ships in danger and quickly carry the life rescue rings to the dropping people into water under the severe sea state in this paper. This vehicle would possess with the characteristics such as strongly wave-surge resistant capability, small volume, light weight, high speed, and dexterous flexibility. And this vehicle could be also widely used in other applications.
