| 中文摘要 | In this paper we provide a new intelligent scheduling and control method for FMC (Flexible Manufacturing Cell) based on the principle of hierarchical control. We also utilize the analysis procedure, Expert System and Simulation techniques jointly to obtain the best scheduling result. Key elements of this system include three main module, ie, an analysis module for task analyzing; an expert system module for selecting scheduling strategies and a simulator for further evaluating of the system performance. In other words, the simulator is used as a source of feedback information for system decision making and knowledge acquisition. Now the system frame and basic functions are finished , and the feasibility and efficiency are tested and verified by lots of experiments. |
