中文摘要 | A basic load model and a weather load model are discussed and a simplified online model parameter estimation algorithm is proposed. In the weather load model only the effect of weather variables, such as the temperature, has been considered. The results were obtained from a long-term observation of one-day-ahead forecasting on the HP-1000 computer; the standard deviation of the error of the one-day forecasting was less than 4%. The proposed model has been tested using the 1986 load records of the Power Company of Northeast, China. It is concluded that the accuracy of forecasting can meet the economic dispatch requirement and is comparable to the results obtained from experienced operators. |
