中文摘要 | An optimum development planning method for a water supply system is considered. The objective functions used to evaluate the allocation of water resources are the gross value of the industrial and agricultural products, the expansion and operating cost of water intake, and the economic loss due to water shortages. Since the coefficients of the constraint equation in the model are imprecise, they are specified as a fuzzy number, for example, the water consumption norm per capita in an urban area. An interactive method for solving the multiobjective linear programming problem with fuzzy coefficients is presented. The best-compromise solution of a real regional planning problem with 34 decision-making variables and 58 constraint equations is illustrated. The method has been used in the Liaoning Province of China to study the optimum water supply allocation during the years 1986-2000. |
