中文摘要位置敏感探测器(Position Sensitive Detector, PSD)由于具有较快的响应速度、较高的检测精度、非接触性测量等优点,已在振动检测、精密位移测量等方面发挥出越来越大的作用。本文提出了一种基于PSD 的直线导轨二维运动稳定性测量方法,设计了测量系统,进行了重复性和不同速度下的运动稳定性测量实验,并对测量误差进行了详细分析。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现直线导轨二维运动稳定性的高精度、全行程、连续性测量。
英文摘要Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) is widely used in vibration measurements and precision displacement measurements due to its high-speed response, high position resolution and noncontact. An approach for measuring the motion stability of guide rails in two dimensions based on PSD is proposed in this paper. The measurement system is designed and the measurement errors are analyzed in detail. The experiments of repeatability and measuring for motion stability in different velocities have been carried out. The practical results show this approach could be used for measuring the motion stability of guide rails in two dimensions with features of high precision, full-range and continuous.
