中文摘要 | 激光拼焊板广泛应用于汽牢牢身制造,但一些典型缺陷严重影响了其性能。本文研究了对激光拼焊板质量有严重影响的典型缺陷,分析了其产生的原因和补偿方法。在全自动激光拼焊生产线上对不同的板厚组合进行了焊接试验,试验中调整激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量和偏移量等几个主要工艺参数,经过大量试验总结出激光拼焊板焊缝典型的四种缺陷z 焊缝凹陷、错配、咬边与焊缝一致性问题,它们是板材特性、设备因素与工艺参数综合作用的结果。该研究结果对提高激光拼焊板焊接质量有指导意义。 |
英文摘要 | Tailor welded blanks (TWB) are widely used in automotive body manufacturing. However, some typical weld defects seriously affect its properties. The causes and compensation methods of the typical defects which seriously affect the quality of TWB are studied in this paper. Welding experiments with different thickness blanks are proceeded in the automatic laser welding production line. The main process parameters such as laser power, welding speed, defocus and offset are adjusted. Summarized by amount of experiments, four typical weld defects of TWB, such as sunken weld, mismatch, undercut and non-uniform weld, are the results of properties of blanks, device factors and processing parameters. The results have practical significance to improve the quality of tailor welded blanks. |
