中文摘要 | Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)射频识别技术,作为一种快速、实时、准确采集与处理信息的高新技术和信息标准化的基础,被列为二十一世纪十大重要技术之一。作为通过对实体对象(包括零售商品、物流单元、集装箱、货运包装、生产零部件等)进行唯一有效标识的一种非接触式自动识别技术,RFID被广泛应用于生产、零售、物流、交通等各个行业。RFID技术已逐渐成为企业提高物流供应链管理水平,降低成本,实现企业管理信息化,增强企业核心竞争能力不可缺少的技术工具和手段。 随着计算机技术、网络技术和微电子技术的深入发展,特别是各种高性能片上系统(SoC)的设计和嵌入式操作系统的开发,嵌入式系统日益广泛地应用于工业控制、移动通讯、家用电器以及消费电子等设备中。本文将嵌入式与RFID两种技术结合起来,采用结构化、模块化的方案进行系统的软硬件设计、调试和实现,开发了一个集嵌入式控制、高速数据采集与处理、友好人机交互界面于一体的嵌入式RFID终端系统。课题以ARM9嵌入式微处理器S3C2440为核心,针对实际应用的特点需求,对外围硬件系统整体结构进行了规划,完成了时钟电路、nandflash存储器接口电路、SDRAM电路、串行接口电路、RFID读写模块接口电路、USB接口电路、通信模块接口电路、LCD/触摸屏接口电路的设计。 在成功定制WinCE操作系统的基础上,开发了部分设备驱动程序和面向生产物流数据采集与处理的应用程序。论文详细介绍了嵌入式WinCE操作系统的定制,仔细分析了WinCE系统实时调度优点与不足,给出了应用程序线程调度策略并开发了应用程序。基于ARM的嵌入式RFID系统结构清晰、通用性好、可扩展性强,可为各种嵌入式应用提供一套完整的硬、软件解决方案,在工业测量与控制领域具有较为广阔的应用前景。 |

英文摘要 | Radio Frequency Identification, as a fast,real-time,accurate information collection and processing technology, has been remarked as one of the most ten important technology in the 21st century. RFID will be widely used in many fields, such as production、retail、logistics、traffic industry and so on. RFID has gradually become a necessary technology means for manufacturers to improve the management level of their supply chain,reduce the cost,realize the management in formalization,join in the international economy circle and raise the core competition capacities. With deep-going development of computer, network and micro-electronics technologies, as well as design of SoC and development of embedded OS, embedded system is increasingly widely used in industrial control equipment, mobile communication device, household appliance and consuming electronics, etc. In this paper embedded and RFID technologies are combined. An embedded RFID system is developed, integrating embedded control, fast data acquisition and processing and friendly human machine interactive interface. Hardware circuit is designed with ARM9 microprocessor S3C2440 at the core. Modules including timing ,memory interface, SDRAM , RFID interface , serial interface, LCD display and touch screen control are designed . Having Costumed WinCE operating system successfully, this paper developed some device drivers and applications for production logistics data acquisition and processing. This paper introduces the custom of embedded WinCE operating system, carefully analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of WinCE system on real-time scheduling, given the thread scheduling policies of application and made the application. Embedded RFID system based on ARM has well-defined architecture, good universality and extensibility. It could provide an integrated hardware and software solution for various embedded applications. Also, it has a wide application prospect in the field of industrial measurement and control. |
