义齿数控加工的刀具轨迹规划研究

中文摘要国际上,义齿数控加工技术正在走向成熟与完善,而在国内这一领域的研究才刚刚起步。国内的研究开发的设备采用的基本是通用软件(UG、solidworks等)的CAM模块,但是没有通用性,临床效果不好,医生操作难度较大。因此研究义齿数控加工的轨迹规划方法并开发相关软件,对于义齿加工设备的完全国产化有重大意义。本文正是在这种背景下,在借鉴国外著名义齿数控加工系统设计方法的基础上,结合我国国情对义齿数控加工系统进行了初步的设计,并编写了基于ACIS的义齿数控加工软件。本文主要围绕义齿加工粗精加工轨迹生成问题展开论述,解决其中一些关键技术问题。本文的主要研究内容和贡献如下: (1)实现了截平面法粗精加工行切轨迹生成方法。用布尔运算计算出粗加工区域后,用Z-level法、加工区域识别方法和行切轨迹规划方法等方法,解决了粗加工轨迹的生成问题。 (2)实现了一种投影法精加工轨迹生成方法。采用投影法精加工轨迹则可以做到无退刀,刀具空跳少,加工表面质量好。投影法精加工的效果比截平面法好。 (3)为了解决投影法轨迹疏密程度不随曲面曲率相应变化。提出一种导引轨迹行距计算方法,但是生成的精加工轨迹的行距偏于保守,刀轨重叠率大,加工效率偏低。不过,保守的行距也使得表面加工质量有了提高。 (4)提出了一种新的处理三坐标加工局部干涉的方法,区别于传统的局部干涉处理方法沿Z向对分搜索的方式,提高了干涉处理效率。该方法首先通过筛选出离测试点最近的子曲线和子曲面片,然后通过迭代搜索正交投影点的方式,计算出了点到曲线、曲面的最短距离。利用这个最短距离进行干涉检测与处理。 (5)开发了基于ACIS的刀具轨迹生成软件,并做了实际加工,加工效果良好。

英文摘要Internationally, the denture CNC machining technology is mature and complete, but research in this area in the country has just begun. Domestic research and development of the basic equipment used is the common software (UG, Solidworks, etc.) of the CAM module, but not universal, the clinical results are not satisfactory, difficult for doctors to operate. Therefore, the trajectory of NC denture planning methods and the development of related software, processing equipment for the complete denture made of great significance. This article is in this context, drawing on the famous Yichi NC system design method based on the situation of China NC System of Yichi a preliminary design and preparation of NC-based denture ACIS processing software. In this paper, denture processing rough finish around the issues discussed in path generation, to address some of the key technical issues. The main research content and contributions are as follows: (1) to achieve the finish line of the crude cut-off plane cut path generation. Calculated using Boolean rough area, the use of Z-level method, the processing area and line identification methods such as cutting trajectory planning method to solve the problem of rough path generation. (2) implementation of a projection finishing path generation. Track by finishing projection can be no retreat knife, tool less space jump, good surface quality. Projection finishing cutting plane method is better than good. (3) In order to solve the projection does not vary with degree of track density corresponding changes in surface curvature. A guide track spaced proposed method, but the resulting finish line spacing conservative path, tool path overlap rate, and processing efficiency is low. However, the conservative line spacing also makes the surface quality has been improved. (4) proposed a new processing method of coordinate processing of local interference, different from the traditional approach of local intervention points along the Z search for ways to improve the efficiency of interference. The method first selected test points from the recent sub-sub-curves and surface patches, then the orthogonal projection point of iterative search methods, there is some calculation to the curve and surface of the shortest distance. Interference by the shortest distance detection and treatment. (5) development of ACIS-based tool path generation software, and do the actual processing, the processing effect is good.
