中文摘要随着市场竞争的日益加剧,物流已成为企业提高竞争力的重要手段。作为实现物流合理化的重要手段:研究车辆路径问题和实现物流信息化,将有助于企业降低物流成本、全面达到顾客满意度。随着物流服务中心的出现,多对多的开路式动态VRP的研究更符合实际应用的需要。但是,国内外对此类问题的研究还很少见。基于此,本文以飞速发展的第三方整车物流为背景,针对整车销售物流的独特性,对多仓库开路静态车辆路径问题和模糊动态车辆路径问题分别进行研究。此外,本文还以辽宁国际物流公司的实际业务为依据,以先进的物流管理理念为依托,设计开发整车物流系统,并把车辆路径问题的研究成果嵌入在此系统中,使其配送管理具有一定的智能性。以上的研究和系统的开发对整车物流及其它物流都具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 在配送优化研究方面,提出了有利于提高车辆满载率,降低空车运行时间及优化运力分配的开路混合动态配送方法。同时,提出了可对动态需求做出快速反应的模糊转储决策方法。此外,提出了开路多仓库带时窗的车辆路径问题(MDCVRPTW)。建立了更为复杂的MDCVRPTW问题模型,设计了可实现全局优化的启发式遗传算法来求解MDCVRPTW问题,摒弃了以往局部优化解法求解多仓库VRP问题的弊端。最后,设计了局部优化算法来求解动态的整车配送问题。 在整车物流系统开发方面,进行了系统的总体设计、信息模型设计和功能实现。此系统的运行不仅提高了物流公司和制造商的业务效率,而且改进了物流公司的物流管理,达到了用户的满意度。

英文摘要With the severity of market competition, logistics has become more and more vital to improve the core competition of an enterprise. As important means to realize rational logistics, studying Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) and computerizing logistic information will help enterprises to reduce cost and satisfy customers. As logistics server centers are applied, it is found more practical to study open-path multiple-depot dynamic vehicle routing problems. Until now, research on open-path multiple-depot dynamic vehicle routing problems is scant, and many dissatisfactory items await amelioration and modification. Based on the rapid development of third party whole vehicle logistics and aiming at the specialty of the whole vehicle sale logistics, the dissertation focuses on a series of open-path multiple-depot vehicle routing problems under determinate information and dynamic information. Besides, we design and develop the third party whole vehicle logistics management system for Liaoning International Freight Corporation in the light of advanced logistics management idea. Our optimal distribution management model embedded by C implementation is intelligent. Those researches take on theoretical significance and practical value for whole vehicle logistics and other logistics. The first part is research on delivery optimization. A mixed open-path delivery method is proposed to improve full load ratio and reduce empty return load ratio. Fuzzy decision-making of whole vehicle dump is proposed to improve reactive speed for dynamic demand. Besides, A more complicated mathematical model based on practical details for open-path Multiple Depot Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window (MDCVRPTW) under determinate information is presented against whole vehicle sale logistics. An Improved Genetic Algorithm (IGA) was designed to achieve the rapid global optimization, A computational study shows the improvement.finally , on the base of determinate delivery, local optimisms strategy algorithms is designed to solve open-path multiple-depot vehicle routing problems under indeterminate information. The second part is research on computerizing logistic information. I design the overall system, informational model and functional model respectively. The implementation of the management system brought about distinct economic benefit from operation and management.
