Direct Drive Volume Control (DDVC) of Electro-hydraulic Servo system is a new type energy saving system.The construction end characteristics of DDVC of Electro-hydraulic Servo System are presented. On the background for application to the hydro former, Direct Drive Volume Control of Electro-hydraulic Servo System for the control actuator of hydro former is designed.Simulation analysis was carried out for the DDVC of Electro-hydraulic Servo System.Mathematic models of AC servo motor, fixed pump, actuator and load were set up.The simulation results shows that this system will be fit for the application of the hydro former.
