| 中文摘要 | With“soilcropanimal”foodchainasaclue,thesamplesofdifferenttypeofsoils,maincropsandanimal-poultryproductswerecollectedinredsoilagro-areainNorthernHunanandtheircontentsofmaintraceelements(Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,CoandSe)weredeterminedinpresentstudy.TheresultsshowedthatthecontentorderfromhightolowofeachelementinfourkindsofsoilwasFe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Co>Se.ThecontentsofCuandZnweresignificantlyrelated(p>0.01),whilethecontentsoftheotherelementswerenotrelated.Thecontentsofthesameelementindifferentcropsweredifferent.Forexample,thecontentorderofCuindifferentcropswassoybean>peanut>greenbean>rapeseed>rice>maize.Acommoncharacteristicsisthatthecontentsofanytraceelementwerehigherincropswhichgrewonthesoilwithhighercontentsoftheelements.Thecontentsofeachelementinthesameanimalproductwerealsodifferent.Forexample,thecontentsofZnandFewerehigherandthecontentsofMnandCuwerelowerinpork.ThecontentorderofFeandCuindifferentanimalproductswasliverofpig>liverofchicken>pork>chickenmeat>beef>goatmeat>egg. |
