中文摘要The motor is the main powerful output and power-consumption equipment in industrial system. Research about motor's energy conservation and on-line monitoring technology is of great significance. In this paper an energy-efficient of non-invasive motor for on-line monitoring system is introduced. The running state information of the motor is collected and analysed, and the motor's speed, torque, power factor, efficiency and other parameters can be got by the on-line monitoring. The monitoring results are analyzed to provide support for motor's energy management, monitoring interface is perfected by LabVIEW8.5. The experimental results show that the system is reliable, easy to operate, and highly safety.
