中文摘要The tailored Blank is made of two or more blanks by laser joining and then stroked out. The Laser welding tailor Blank has many advantages such as (1) it can meet with the requirements of different parts of car; (2) it can reduce the mass of car body; (3) it can advance the holistic framework, the rigidity and the precision of car;(4) it can decrease the amount of mould and cut down the energy consume of car. The integrated laser tailored welding manufacturing system (LWFMS) has the ability to joint different thickness and different material metal plates together by using the advanced laser welding technology. The automobile bodies manufactured by LWFMS can reduce the weight and maximize the structural stiffness in modern automobile design. So using the LWFMS in welding automation manufacturing has become a necessary trend in order to improve the welding quality. © 2012 Springer-Verlag London Limited.
