日粮纤维对猪回肠末端氨基酸及其内源性氨基酸流量的影响

| 中文摘要 | In this paper, the total nitrogen (N) flow and the flow of each amino acid, the endogenous N flow and the endogenous flow of each amino acid and the true digestibility of lysine and protein at the terminal ileum were determined, respectively, using the homoarginin (HA) method in soybean meal based diets with different level of the pea-hull (4%, 8% and 12%) and the rice hull (8%) fed to growing pigs. Five Yorkshire barrows equipped with PVTC for collection of ileal digesta were fed one of the diets according to a 5×5 Latin square design. The experimental results showed, in contrast to control diet, amongst the different level of the pea-hull, 12% pea-hull in the diet (diet D) could markedly affect the total N and amino acid flow, the endogenous N and endogenous amino acid flow (P<0.05), respectively, at the terminal ileum of pigs, but it has no impact on the true ileal digestibility of lysine and protein, respectively. 4% pea-hull (diet B) only could affect the true ileal digestibility of protein (P<0.05), and... |
