| 英文摘要 | Drug-resistant phenomena have emerged and become severely unresolved challenges within medical community over the world, leading to the unmet medical needs in development of new generations of antibacterial agents. This article reviews some progresses including antibaclerials newly synthesized and with novel pharmacological mechanisms. Some of such new antibacleriuls are currently under clinical trials. This review may provide some insights to researchers who are interested in this field. |
