| 英文摘要 | The methionine aminopeptidases （MetAPs） are promising targets for development of novel antibacterial, antifungal and anticancer agents. All MetAPs require a divalent metal ion for activity. However, its physiologically relevant metal ion remains to be defined. Therefore, the different metalloform-selective MetAP inhibitors could be valuable for defining which metals are physiologically important for MetAP activity and could serve as leads for development of new therapeutic agents. |
