英文摘要 | Nanotechnology has been a hot topic in recent years and is expected to be the engine for the future advancement in the fields of electronics, renewable energy, biomedical science, and materials among others. One of the most essential techniques for enabling research in the nano world is utilizing a tool to handle nano-objects or modifying objects at nanoscale. Hence, a nanorobotic system is developed for manipulating nanoobjects based on the atomic force microscope (AFM), which is a powerful technique to characterize and modify sample surfaces down to the nanometer scale. |
